Position Overview
We are hiring Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RN / Emergency RN) to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment. The Emergency RN plays a critical role in assessing, triaging, treating, and monitoring patients with urgent, emergent, and trauma-related conditions.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid assessment skills, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform rapid triage and focused assessments for incoming emergency patients
Provide direct nursing care for medical, surgical, and trauma-related cases
Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, lab values, and clinical status
Initiate and manage IV access, IV fluids, medication administration, and emergency interventions
Assist with emergency procedures including wound care, splinting, laceration support, and patient stabilization
Participate in trauma activations, rapid response, and Code Blue events as required
Collaborate with ED physicians, respiratory therapy, imaging, laboratory, and inpatient teams
Educate patients and families, provide discharge instructions, and coordinate follow-up care
Ensure accurate, timely documentation of assessments and interventions in the EMR
Maintain infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and departmental policies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental performance programs

Required Qualifications:
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) – Required
License: Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact License – Required
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience (Emergency Department or Trauma experience preferred)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Previous Emergency Department or Trauma nursing experience
ACLS certification
PALS certification
TNCC certification
Strong triage, prioritization, and rapid decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced emergency setting
