📋 Contract Details
🟢 Anticipated Start Date: March or April 2026 (pending credentialing)
🟢 Contract Length: 3 months to start, with option to extend
🟢 Contract Type: Locum Tenens, 1099
🟢 Schedule:
• In-house Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Evening Weeknight Call: 5:00 PM–7:00 AM (0–1 call backs per shift; daily rate includes evening call)
• Weekend Call (24-hr coverage Fri 5 PM–Mon 7 AM): 2–3 interventions per shift, ~1–3 hrs per intervention

🟢 Coverage Need: March/April focus, some June/July dates available

🏥 Work Details & Case Scope
🟢 Support Staff: Full hospital IR team available
🟢Practice Setting: Hospital-based
🟢 Must Be Able to Perform:
• History and physical examinations
• Image-guided procedures: Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, CT, MRI
• Diagnostic angiography
• Trauma embolization (body)
• Pulmonary thrombectomy
• Gastric tube placement
• Biliary/Chole tube placement
• Nephrostomy and ureteral stenting
• Dialysis graft/fistula stenting
• Body arteriography
• IVC filter placement and removal

🟢 Ideal / Optional Procedures:
Cryo ablation, thermal ablation, TIPS, trauma embolization, pulmonary thrombectomy, venous and arterial stenting, extremity thrombectomy/limb salvage, prostate/uterine artery embolization, gonadal vein embolization, uterine fibroid embolization, Y90 therapy, chemoembolization, pseudoaneurysm treatment, vertebral body biopsy

📋 Candidate Requirements
🟢 Board Certification: Required
🟢 Licensure: Active Idaho license or IMLC in hand
🟢 DEA: Required
