Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Opportunity – Spokane, WA
Start Date: March 2, 2026
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
Providers Needed: 1

Schedule:
· Inpatient coverage one week per month
· Shifts run Tuesday 7:00 AM – Tuesday 7:00 AM
· Scheduled week varies month to month
· Night call included and may require return to the facility

Practice Details:
· Practice setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
· Patient volume: 5–13 patients per shift
· Support staff available
· EMR: Epic

Required Skills & Experience:
· Advanced heart failure experience required
· Heart failure fellowship strongly preferred

Requirements:
· Board Certified
· Active state license (any state accepted)
· ACLS & BLS required

Credentialing:
· Estimated timeframe: ~30 days
· Clean file required to qualify for temporary privileges
· Name clear not available
