Job description
FT Neurologist – OP Heavy w/ IP + Call
IP/OP mix, primarily outpatient
FT M–F (minimum 2 weeks/month accepted)
Call: Beeper, 7 days/month (Mon–Mon)
ER/ICU coverage | 20-min response time
Adult patients 18+ | No admissions required
Volume & Facility
OP: ~15 PPD
IP: 3–7 patients/day (1–2 ICU)
15 exam rooms | 18 ICU beds | 320-bed hospital
Call Duties
IP rounding during call
IP & OP call coverage
Support & EMR
No supervision required
Support: 1 RN, 10 MAs, 3 physicians, other neurologists
EMR: Epic
Requirements
Board Certified (Fellowship preferred)
WA license or IMLC
Credentialing: ~90 days
TOUCH-certified (Tysabri)
Skills – REQUIRED
EEG reads (no exceptions)
Brain death exams
MS (most critical)
Skills – Preferred
EMG, NCV
Evoked potentials
Peripheral nerve blocks
- Inpatient/Outpatient
- 3 months
