Breast Surgery APP Needed in Fayetteville, GA

Start: March/April

13-week assignment

Monday-Friday 8a-5p (8hrs) clinic, full time need

• Support staff: 1 MD and 3 other APPs, outpatient clinic role only

Work Details:
• Avg. Daily Census: 10-14 patients
• Busy breast surgery practice with vacancy and upcoming medical leave. Existing physician has surgeries booked into March and unable to cover both surgical needs and clinic needs.
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d?: No
• State License(s) Req’d: yes, GA
• EMR: Epic
• DEA Req’d?: yes - APRN license in GA/DEA in GA; certification per requirements of the GA state BON
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1

Credentialing Timeframe: usually 120 days but will do temps
Willing To License?:no
