Aya Locums is seeking a Radiologist to provide onsite coverage at a busy hospital in Arizona. This opportunity offers a structured daytime schedule, steady case volume, and the chance to support a well-established imaging department in a collaborative environment. Willing to License! Assignment Details
• Start Date: April 19, 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing need
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
• Call: No call required
• Coverage Type: Scheduled coverage
Work Details
• Specialty: General Radiology
• Setting: In-hospital reads only (remote reading not available)
• Case Mix: General ER radiology with occasional basic fluoroscopy
• Expected Volume: 70–80 reads per day
• Department Average: Permanent radiologists average 100 reads per day
• Support: Collaborative onsite radiology and clinical teams
Practice Setting
• Hospital-based imaging department
• Emergency Department-focused coverage
Requirements
• License: Must have active Arizona license or qualify through IMLC
• Board Certification: Required in Radiology
• Certifications: BLS required
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Proficiency in general diagnostic radiology
