Interventional / Diagnostic Radiologist – MO & KS | Ongoing M–F Coverage + Call

Job description

A multi-site hospital system in Missouri and Kansas is seeking Interventional / Diagnostic Radiology locum coverage due to coverage gaps across multiple facilities. This is an ongoing need with consistent weekday scheduling and manageable call volume.

Position Overview
Provide Monday–Friday onsite coverage at a primary hospital location with evening and weekend call shared between two affiliated sites. This role includes a mix of diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology procedures in a hospital-based setting with updated IR suites.

Schedule & Work Environment
• Monday–Friday, 7:00a–5:00p onsite
• Evening and weekend call (low volume)
• Adult patient population
• Not a high-volume trauma center
• Epic EMR | Change/McKesson PACS
• Strong onsite support: radiology managers, techs, nurses
Available Coverage Blocks
• March through January 2027

No supervision of other healthcare providers required.

Requirements
• Board Certification not required (within 2 years of residency accepted)
• MO and KS license (or ability to obtain)
• Active unrestricted medical license
• IR procedural competency across listed case types

  • Consistent M–F 7a–5p schedule with low-volume call
  • Broad IR case mix including vascular, TIPS, neurointervention, and image-guided procedures
  • Ongoing blocks available July–January | Willing to license (MO & KS)
