Locums – Physician – Cardiology – Pennsylvania

Job description

Position Overview

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Call: 2 nights per week + 1 weekend per month

Morning call begins at 7:00 AM

Evening call begins at 5:00 PM

Coverage Type: Scheduled clinic + on-call responsibilities

Patient Population: Adult

EMR: EPIC

Clinical Responsibilities

Perform and interpret:

Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)

Cardioversions

Nuclear studies

CT Angiography (CTA)

Provide comprehensive cardiology care in both outpatient and procedural settings

Support & Practice Environment

Dedicated team including:

5 front office staff

6 nursing staff

Established cardiology department with procedural capabilities

Requirements

Board Certified in Cardiology – Required

Board Certified in Nuclear Medicine – Required

Ability to read CTA – Required

Active Pennsylvania medical license – Required

DEA (Pennsylvania) – Required

BLS & ACLS certifications

Minimum 1 year of experience

IMLC accepted

Credentialing timeframe: approximately 60 days
