Job description

Level two trauma center in south Florida has an ongoing need for a Locum Cardiac Anesthesiologist.

-Board Certified Required
-Must have Active FL License and DEA prior to presentation
-Average Time to Credential: 90 Days
-Required Procedures: Epidurals and Spinals
-# of Operating Rooms: 10
-EMR: Epic
-Supervision: 90% supervision
-Care Team Model: 24 CRNA; 8 MD
-Cardiac Volume: 550 hearts annually
-Shifts: 8s, 10s, 16s, 24s (7a start)
-Call required: Yes; 3p or 5p to 7a
-Weekend call required: Yes; 24-hour weekends, no split call
-Call is rotated with 1 week on and 1 week off.
