Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Needed for 1099 Coverage at Outpatient
Job description
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical services for our facility on a 1099 contract basis. This clinician will support individuals and families through assessment, treatment planning, counseling, crisis support, care coordination, and discharge planning as appropriate.
The ideal candidate is confident working with diverse populations, comfortable in fast-paced community or outpatient settings, and able to provide high-quality, client-centered care while maintaining timely documentation and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling as needed
Develop treatment plans and update them in accordance with facility standards
Provide crisis intervention and appropriate safety planning when indicated
Coordinate care with medical, behavioral health, case management, and community partners
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and case review as needed
Support discharge planning, referrals, and continuity of care
Requirements
Active, unrestricted LCSW license
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Minimum [1–2] years of recent clinical experience preferred
Experience with behavioral health, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or community-based services preferred
Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Current background check, credentialing documents, and any required certifications

Compensation
Competitive hourly or daily 1099 rate based on experience, setting, and schedule.
