Breast Surgery NP Needed in Fayetteville, Georgia

Start: June

13-week assignment

Monday-Friday 8a-5p (8hrs) clinic, full-time need

Pay Rate: Negotiable

•Support staff: 1 MD and 3 other APPs, outpatient clinic role only

Work Details:
•Avg. Daily Census: 10-14 patients
•Busy breast surgery practice with vacancy and upcoming medical leave. The existing physician has surgeries booked into March and is unable to cover both surgical needs and clinic needs.

Requirements:
•Board Certifications Req’d?: No
•State License(s) Req’d: yes, GA
•EMR: Epic
•DEA Req’d?: yes - APRN license in GA/DEA in GA; certification per requirements of the GA state BON
•Years of Experience Req’d: 1

Credentialing Timeframe: usually 120 days but will do temps

Willing To License?:no

Travel: flight, hotel, rental car or mileage
