The facility operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to ensure accessible healthcare delivery and optimal clinical outcomes.

About the clinician's workday

The nurse practitioner will deliver comprehensive family medicine care in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting, managing diverse primary care cases for adults ages 18 and older. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic conditions, providing preventive healthcare services with emphasis on women's health and experience with children preferred. The clinician will work four 10-hour shifts including one Saturday with no call requirements, maintaining accurate medical records and collaborating with medical director, physician assistant, medical assistants, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
