This is an excellent opportunity to step into a comprehensive, fully supported and growing oncology service line with access to advanced therapies, clinical trials, and a strong multidisciplinary team.• Join an experienced team of 5 physicians and 7 APPs• 4-day clinic week with rotating dedicated inpatient week; APPs take first call• Strong clinic support with 1:1 RN and 1:1 MA ratios• Fully integrated cancer center with surgical oncology, infusion, oncology pharmacy, advanced imaging, interventional radiology, nurse navigators, radiation oncology, palliative care and more• Community-based practice with opportunity to teach and mentor medical students and internal medicine residents within a growing GME program• Access to 80+ Phase I–III clinical trials through a nationally affiliated research network• Advanced malignant hematology program including autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplant, CAR-T, and bispecific therapies within a FACT-accredited program• Epic EMR with AI• Base guarantee transitioning to productivity with a competitive wRVU rate and proven earnings in the 90th percentile• Generous signing and relocation incentives• Student loan repayment available; PSLF-eligible employer• Retirement plan with 50% match on up to 4% of salary plus an additional 5% employer contribution• H-1B visa candidates welcomeSettle into a community that truly has it all: mild winters, a low cost of living, and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
