📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: 03/23/2026
🔹 Coverage Dates: 03/23–03/24, 04/17, 04/24, 05/22
🔹 Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🔹 Shift Type: Day shifts
🔹 Call: No call required
🔹 Practice Setting: 100% outpatient clinic
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: 24–48 hours

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Support Staff: Rad techs, nurses, medical assistants
🔹 EMR: AdvancedMD
🔹 Procedures: Dialysis access procedures (6–10 per day), catheter placements, declotting (Dclog), fistulagram

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: Required
🔹 License: Active California license required
🔹 DEA: Required
