📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: 5/10/2026
🔹 Contract Length: Ongoing
🔹 Schedule: Friday 12pm – Monday 7am
🔹 Shift Details: 3 weekends per month, 24-hour call
🔹 Coverage Type: Call coverage
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days; temporary privileges available with clean file

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Practice Setting: Float Pool coverage
🔹 Support Staff: APP support
🔹 Patient Population: Adults (18+)
🔹 Average Callback: 2–4 hours per day including rounding
🔹 Case Type: Urgent cardiac surgery from cath lab to OR; stable patients deferred to weekday care, ICU-to-home pathway
🔹 Procedures: No TAVRs
🔹 EMR: Epic

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: BC or truly BE in Cardiac Surgery
🔹 License Required: Pennsylvania (or willingness to obtain- licensing assistance available!)
