Night Call:

May 11, 13, 15
June 8, 11
June 22, 24, 26

24-Hour Call:

May 16–17
June 27–28

Shift Times:

Clinic: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Night Call: 3:30 PM – 7:00 AM
24-Hour Call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Coverage Need: 1–2 weeks per month

Practice Setting
Inpatient hospital setting

Clinical Details
Support Staff: APP onsite
Patient Population: Adult patients
Procedural Volume: Approximately 9 surgeries per week
EMR System: Epic
Hospital Bed Size: 596 beds

Workflow

Morning hospital rounding beginning at 7:00 AM
Clinic hours typically 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Return to hospital for additional rounding; day concludes around 3:30 PM
TAVR procedures performed weekly
Clinic schedule includes approximately 1 day per week, with shared structural heart clinic on Fridays

Requirements
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license required
DEA: Required
Minimum Experience: 1 year

Credentialing
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file
