Contract Length: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Clinic, procedures, and call
Schedule: Approximately 1 week plus 1 weekend per month

Practice Setting
Combination of outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital setting

Clinical Details
Patient Volume: 17–18 patients per day
Patient Population: Adult patients
Support Staff: APP support available; interventional support when needed
Department Overview:

Established clinic with one full-time physician
Cath lab coverage approximately 3 days per week

Average Callback:

Weeknights: None
Weekends: None (rounding responsibilities only)

EMR System: Epic
Hospital Bed Size: 150 beds

Procedures and Scope

Nuclear reads
Stress testing
Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)
Cardioversions
Echocardiogram monitoring

Preferred Skills:

CT reads

Requirements
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC eligibility accepted
DEA: Required
Minimum Experience: 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe: Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file
