Details:

24 hour call 7a-7a
Facility Location: Omaha, NE
Setting: Inpatient, Trauma Level/Designation: LEVEL ONE
FTE: 1
Duties: Hospital rounds on CTS patients, OP and IP consults, OR coverage for cardiac surgery and some thoracic trauma.
Required Procedures: Standard Thoracic surgery, Heart cases roughly 150 cases per year -ECMO cannulation, CABG
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: APP coverage: 8a-4:30. surgical PA’s covering operative call. NPs cover all days for rounds during the weekends
Reason for Coverage: ongoing locum need
