Urology Physician Assistant Opportunity in Santa Rosa, CA:
-Start Date: July 2026
-Contract Length: Dec 2026 ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only - 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month
Schedule: M-Fri (740-1600) M-Tues (630-1500 M-Fri (830-1700)
Work Details:
· Patient population/age: Adult
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: surgical care, suturing, outpatient settings, inpatient/acute care settings
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· DEA: CA DEA Surgical Assist
· Certifications preferred: BLS and ACLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60
Active CA License Required
