Hematology/Oncology NP/PA Needed in Eureka, CA
Start Date: July 2026
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Schedule: Full time locum provider to cover Monday- Friday (8am-5pm). There will be a lunch hour between 12-1. Friday's will be different so only 4 hours will apply on Friday.

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
Board Certification: Yes
DEA: Yes
Certifications required: BLS
Minimum experience required: 2 years

CA License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
