About the clinician's workday

The clinician will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings with responsibilities including conducting thorough patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for both hematologic and oncologic conditions. The position involves managing 15-23 new consultations daily while coordinating ongoing care with multidisciplinary teams throughout Monday through Friday coverage from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Weekend call coverage requires 24-hour availability for urgent consultations and patient management, ensuring continuous quality care delivery. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology and prescriptive authority are mandatory requirements for comprehensive patient management and treatment coordination.
