Job description

Cardiology Physician Assistant locum opportunity in Newton, MA available. This is an inpatient consult role with a consistent weekday schedule.

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• 4 x 10-hour shifts (8a–6:30p)
• No call
• Start: July 2026
• 13-week assignment

Practice:
• Inpatient cardiology consult service
• 5–6 patients per day
• Mix of new consults and follow-ups
• No procedures required
• Focus on patient management and care coordination
• EMR: Epic
• Collaborative team (MDs and PAs)

Requirements:
• Board Certified PA (Cardiology)
• Active MA license (licensing not available)
• DEA required
• BLS & ACLS required
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Epic experience required

Credentialing:
• Approximately 3–6 months
