Locums Interventional Radiologist Needed in Pennsylvania!

Job description

Coverage Type: 2 weeks per month- Ongoing
Target Start: 3/26/2026
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm 8 hour shifts

Work Details:
· Support Staff: Nurses, Techs, RRA
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 2 weeks a month
· Patients per day: Varies, probably 6-10 for procedures
· Patient Population/Age: Varies
· Department Description: imaging dept, there is not a true IR suite but procedure areas and would have their own workstation space
· EMR: Epic
· Hospital Bed size: 76
· Special Procedures: paras, thoras, line placement and removal, biopsies, abscess drainage, LPs, myelograms
· Skills Required: interventional radiology, it would be great if they would read diagnostics as well

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License Required: Yes, PA
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications Preferred: IR Fellowship
· Certifications Required: n/a
· Minimum Experience Required: Fellowship would be ideal, if there is someone that doesn’t have an IR fellowship but significant training/experience we would consider

Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days (unless needed sooner, we could do an SBAR)
