Locums Hematology/Oncology APP Needed in Eureka, CA

Job description

Schedule: We are looking for one full time locum provider to cover Monday- Friday (8am-5pm). There will be a lunch hour between 12-1. Friday's will be different so only 4 hours will apply on Friday.

· Patients per shift: 12-14
· EMR: Epic
· Practice Setting: Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License Only
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS
· Minimum experience required: 2 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
