Hematology/Oncology NP/PA – Locum Tenens – Seaside, OR

A well-established health system in Seaside, OR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for Hematology/Oncology coverage on a locum tenens basis.

Schedule: 4 days/week Monday–Thursday (8am–5pm with 1-hour lunch), or alternatively 3 x 10-hour shifts Monday–Wednesday. June 2026 start, ongoing. Outpatient only. No call. EPIC EMR. The provider will work in a newly renovated clinic onsite at the hospital alongside infusion nurses, an oncology nurse navigator, medical assistants, a dietitian, a social worker, and schedulers. Responsibilities include managing infusion suite patients, managing the inbasket, responding to patients on lab results, and working with the navigator to triage calls. Some days working independently alongside an oncologist. No rounding. Guaranteed hours: 8 hours/day; OT applies after 10 hours/day.

Requirements: Active Oregon state license required. Oregon DEA required. AONCP certification required. BLS required. Provider should complete credentialing application promptly to meet June start date. Clean background preferred for expedited credentialing.
