Locums Cardiac Surgery APP Needed in Lebanon, PA - Will license!

Job description

Schedule:
Friday 5pm-Monday 7am
24 hour call

Work Details:
· Support Staff: APP
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 3 weekends per month
· Average callback per day including rounding: 4 hours per day
· Patient Population/Age: 18+
· EMR: EPIC
· Special Procedures: vein harvesting
· Department Description: urgent surgery, from cath lab to surgery, if stable they will wait until Monday, patients go from ICU to home. Surgeon is there for backup after consult

Requirements:
· License Required: PA - will license
· DEA: required
· Certifications: acute care certificate NOT required
· Minimum Experience Required: 3 year
· Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file
· Gratis: 2hrs
