About the clinician's workday

The physician will provide comprehensive inpatient pediatric hematology/oncology care during weekend night shifts from 7 AM Saturday to 7 AM Sunday. Responsibilities include managing 16-17 patients per shift, conducting patient rounds, and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team including other pediatric hematology/oncology physicians, advanced practice providers, and registered nurses. The position requires board certification in pediatric hematology/oncology and utilizes Epic EMR for all patient documentation and care coordination.
