📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: May 22, 2026
🔹 Initial Coverage Dates: May 22 – May 28
🔹 Ongoing Need: 1 week per month
🔹 Schedule: 24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
🔹 Coverage Type: Call-only coverage
🔹 Emergency Privileges: Available

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Practice Setting: Acute care hospital
🔹 Support Staff: 1 provider, anesthesia per procedure, 1 NP, 1 LPN
🔹 EMR: Epic
🔹 Responsibilities: Acute care surgery call, Level III trauma call, general surgery inpatient coverage when called back

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: Required (truly board eligible considered)
🔹 Active New York license required
🔹 Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, ATLS
🔹 Minimum Experience: 2 years recent experience
🔹 Trauma experience required
🔹 Epic experience required
🔹 Clean, consistent work history (no gaps over 30 days)
