🔹 Call Requirement: 24-hour call shifts
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency privileges available

🔹 Practice Setting: Acute care hospital
🔹 Trauma Level: Level I
🔹 EMR: Cerner

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
🔹 Active Arizona license required
🔹 DEA: Required
🔹 Minimum Experience: 1 year
