Assignment Overview:
A well-supported hospital-based practice is seeking a physician for a balanced mix of scheduled shifts and call coverage. This opportunity offers a predictable weekday schedule with additional call components, ideal for providers looking for consistent work with structured responsibilities.

Practice Setting:

Hospital-based environment
Collaborative clinical team with established workflows

Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 8-hour day shifts (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Weeknight call: Two pager call shifts per week (5:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Weekend coverage: One weekend per month with 24-hour call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
Combination of scheduled clinical hours and on-call responsibilities

Start Date:

May 2026

Clinical Responsibilities:

Mix of inpatient care and call coverage
Manage patient needs in both scheduled and on-call settings
Work within an established care team to ensure continuity and quality of care

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in relevant specialty
Active Pennsylvania license preferred; non-licensed candidates will be considered
DEA with Pennsylvania address required
Must meet credentialing and privileging requirements

Credentialing Details:

Providers must be fully credentialed at least 2 business days prior to start
Estimated timeline:
~90 days for Pennsylvania-licensed providers
~120 days for non-licensed providers
Requires 7 years of work history or 10 prior assignments
Permanent privileges require review through Credentials Committee, MEC, and Board
Temporary privileges available only for urgent needs and clean files

All active state licenses must be in good standing and will be verified
