Job description

Schedule Overview:
• Monday- Friday, with some nights and weekends
• Minimum availability of 2 full weeks per month required, with preference for full-time coverage
Call Details (Boise):
• In-house weeknights (1500–0700): 1–2 nights per month with post-call day off
• Pre-call shift required prior to night call
• In-house weekend call:
o Either Fri 1500–0700 + Sun 0700–0700, or
o Sat 0700–0700
o Approximately 1 weekend per month
Nampa Schedule (as needed):
• Monday - Friday, with some nights and weekends
• OB night float: 1900–0700 (Sunday–Thursday)
• Weekend OB coverage: 0700–1900 or 1900–0700 (Fri–Sun)
• Back-up pager call: 1900–0700 (no post-call day off)
Clinical Details:
• Supervision model: 4:1
• Facilities:
o Boise: Level II Trauma
o Nampa: Level IV Trauma, community hospital (4 ORs, ~1,200 OB cases/year)
• Case mix: General, OB (required), regional anesthesia
• No cardiac, transplants, or complex pediatrics
• Physicians start OB sections; CRNAs complete them
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience post-residency
• Active Idaho license or IMLC eligibility
• DEA and CSR required
