About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will treat adult and adolescent patients in an inpatient psychiatric environment during Monday-Friday day shifts from 8:00-4:30. The clinician will complete initial psychosocial assessments for new patients, facilitate mental health therapy groups, and provide individual clinical support to hospitalized patients during their stay. The position requires active participation as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, social workers, and case management. The role involves maintaining comprehensive documentation and coordinating care within the inpatient psychiatric treatment setting.
