CRNA Needed in Indiana

Job description

CRNA opportunity available in Indiana
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 7a-3p or 7a-5p dayshifts. Call from 5p-7a on weekdays and 24 hrs on weekends
Additional Details:
- 40/hour weeks
- Spinals, Blocks Epidurals - must be proficient
- Mix of OR and OB cases, once or twice per week

Licensure: Active IN license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
