Schedule: 5 Days, 7:00am - 3:00pm/Call Hours: 3p-7a
Call: every 3rd night and 4th weekend
Response time : 30 Mins
DATES NEEDING COVERAGE:
July 5 start date- ongoing x2
Cases: General, Ortho, ENDO, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, Podiatry
Spinal, Blocks, Epidurals- must be proficient yes
Case logs required yes, epidurals, spinals and blocks
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
