Schedule: 5 Days, 7a-3p or 7a-5p dayshifts
Call from 5p-7a on weekdays and 24 hrs on weekends. Post Call Day Off for providers taking call during
DATES NEEDING COVERAGE
March 30 - April 3, May 1 - 3, May 4 - 8 x2, May 11 - 15 x2, May 18 - 24, May 26 - 29 x2, June 1 - 5 x3, June 8 - 12, June 15 - 19 x2, June 22 - 28 x2, June 29 - July3 x3, Ongoing x2 the week.
Cases: General, Endo, Ortho and Joint Replacement, Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia,
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
