Urgent Care NP/PA – Locum Tenens – Rhinelander, WI Area

Job description

A well-established health system in the Rhinelander, WI area is seeking an experienced Urgent Care NP or PA for a locum tenens assignment. The provider will support a busy walk-in clinic seeing a mix of respiratory complaints, sore throats, ear infections, wounds, sprains, and occasional acute presentations.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8am–7pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am–4pm, and holidays 8am–1pm. The clinic is looking for a minimum of 5 shifts per week including weekends. Family practice providers are on-site Monday through Friday, and the local hospital ED is just 1.5 miles away for more acute cases.

The ideal candidate is a highly productive, experienced provider comfortable working independently in a fast-paced walk-in environment. This is a great opportunity to practice in a scenic northern Wisconsin community.
