The University of Illinois Hospital & Clinics (UI Health) is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their team. The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN- CNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) reflects the mission, vision, and values of University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System, adheres to the UI Health Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and other regulatory and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant school or college and has Board Certification from Nationally Accredited Certifying body, based on the APP category. The APP functions as part of the multidisciplinary health team in accordance with privileges approved by the credentialing committee to provide high-quality, cost-effective advanced care to patients. The APP is responsible for the health outcome of an assigned patient population and consults and confers with supervising physicians in an area of clinical expertise within the APP's scope of licensure. The APP is required to have and maintain a faculty appointment in one of the schools or colleges of the University of Illinois in order to receive clinical privileges to practice at the University of Illinois Health System. The scope of care is general family medicine, which includes care for all ages and including but not limited to, routine preventative care and management of chronic disease management.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: The previously determined salary range for this position was $128,818 to $157,730.
