Outpatient Pediatrician – Indiana | Team-Based Care + Built-In Support

A well-supported outpatient clinic in Indiana is seeking a Pediatrician for a 3-month assignment with the opportunity to extend. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with consistent 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM hours and no call responsibilities—offering a predictable, balanced schedule.

Providers will care for patients ages 0–21 in a structured, efficient clinic setting, seeing an average of 20–22 patients per day. Appointment times are thoughtfully designed, with 20-minute standard visits and extended 40-minute slots for annual wellness exams and newborn visits, allowing for quality patient interactions.

You’ll be supported by your own dedicated Medical Assistant and work alongside an established, collaborative care team that includes two Pediatricians, a Family Nurse Practitioner, a Psychologist, and an LCSW—creating a well-rounded, patient-centered environment.

The clinic utilizes Epic EMR and offers an in-person interview process. Board Certified candidates are preferred, though Board Eligible physicians will be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking a team-driven setting with strong clinical support and a clear path for continuity.
