SUMO Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Urology physician (MD/DO) for a locum tenens opportunity in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. This role offers weekday‑only coverage with no overnight or weekend call and strong clinical and administrative support.

Position Details
Start: Anticipated May 10, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p
Call: None (no nights or weekends)
Scope: Hospital rounds, operating room, and clinic
Patient Population: Adult only (no pediatrics)
Volume: Average 40–70 patients per day
Coverage Model: Approximately 6 weeks per month shared between two providers

Support Team-
3 Medical Assistants
1 LPN
Surgical scheduler
3 Front Office staff
Practice Manager

Critical Coverage Dates-
May 11–15 (day call); May 26–29
June 1–5 (day call); June 8–12
June 29–July 2 (Holiday July 3)
July 6–10 (two providers)
August 3–7; August 17–21 (two providers)
August 31–September 4
September 8–11; September 14–18 (two providers)
September 21–25 (two providers); September 28–October 2

Requirements-
Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license (in hand)
Board Certified in Urology
AHA certifications
Minimum 5 years' experience
CV in MM/YYYY format with all 30+ day gaps explained
