The facility is located 1 hour and a half from Louisville, Kentucky.
This position operates on a 7 AM to 3 PM schedule and involves a call ratio of 1:6, with eight weekend calls annually and five call shifts per month (though call is not mandatory). Case types are bread-and-butter surgeries, excluding heads, hearts, vascular, and backs. Common cases include general surgery, urology, ENT, OB-GYN, orthopedics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, and pediatric dental procedures. The facility handles approximately 51 cases per day.
