Job description

We’re seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon for a full-time clinical and call opportunity in Iowa. This role includes clinic, procedures, OR time, and trauma call support.
Quick Details
• Schedule: Full-time; Mon–Fri clinic (7:30a–4:30p)
• OR Days: 2–4 per week
• Call Options: 7d on/7d off or 2w on/2w off
• Start: ASAP (call-only initially; clinic/OR may follow)
• EMR: Epic
• Teaching: Available
Practice Environment
• Inpatient responsibilities
• ~16+ clinic visits/day
• 1:1 nursing support
• Imaging, lab, and pharmacy onsite
• Patient mix includes reconstructive and cosmetic cases for all ages
Key Duties
• Trauma call & ER consults
• In-office procedures and consults
• Reconstructive collaboration with breast surgery
Requirements
• Board Certified
• Active IA license or IMLC
• Experienced Plastic Surgeon
• Clean malpractice/background
• Availability for one of the two schedule options
