FP/IM needed for addiction medicine position in Maine!
• No call
• Locum needed to act as medical director 1 day per week
• Start time 6am (work for 4-6 hours). 30 minute appointments on average.
• Must be an MD/DO
• Locum will work collaboratively with medical team and would supervise any NP/PAs on site if the clinics have any.
• The locum will do History and Physicals.
• Must be Suboxone Certified/Data X waiver.
• EMR system is SMART.
• Client also needs 1 day/week coverage at Calais and Presque Isle. Please indicate in comments section if locum is able to work all three locations.

• 4-6 hour shifts
