Part-time remote coverage
Must be licensed in IL
Must be Board Certified
Two days per week, 16 hrs/week.
Can work Tuesday, Thursday or Friday
Adult only
8-10 patients per day
Flexible for provider on medication management vs evaluation allotted time
Support staff: Medical Assistants, LPC, Case workers
