- Low patient load (8-12 patients/day)
- Telehealth onsite
- BLS/CPR required
- Active DEA required
- Outpatient and Inpatient
- Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts
- Adult (18+)
- 6-month minimum contract with option to extend
- Any state license accepted
