Acute Care NP Needed in Long-Term Care Facility in NorCal!

Job description

• Specialty: NP - Internal Medicine
• Length of Contract: 6 months +
• Cases /Procedures: Rounds on residents of at least one-half of patients in each LTC facility for monthly visits, MD to perform on the other half of census. Also evaluate patients as needed/requested by nursing for acute medical, social, and behavioral problems or condition changes.
• Patient Population/Age: Geriatric/Adult
• Department Description: SNF with acute hospital rounding
• Board Certification: Yes
