Critical Care APP (Locum Tenens) — Florida | Dual-Site Coverage Required

Duration: Ongoing

Coverage: Scheduled weekday and weekend shifts

Schedule:

Primarily days (7a–7p)

Occasional nights (7p–7a) may be needed

Clinical Setting

Inpatient critical care

Average census: 6–10 patients per shift

Team model:

1 MD on-site for part of the shift

1 APP on-site for the full shift

Procedures Required

Central lines

Arterial lines

Intubations

Chest tubes

Requirements

Board Certified in Critical Care

Active Florida medical license

DEA (Florida or easily transferable)

Willing and able to credential and work at both sites

Name clear required prior to submission

Credentialing

Estimated timeframe: ~90 days

Expedited process available for clean files

Straightforward ICU coverage, strong support, and a predictable schedule—just bring flexibility for the dual-site requirement.
