Contract Length: 3-6 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8s or 10s
No call
Work Details:
Patient age: Adult-Geriatric
Typical Cases: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Robotics, OB, etc.
EMR: EPIC
Active AZ license is required (We can license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging is provided
