CRNA Needed in Arizona
Start Date: May 2024
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8 or 12 hour shifts
Additional work details: Ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo cases.
EMR: EPIC and SaAnesthesia
AZ License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
