CRNA Needed in AZ PRN

Job description

I have a client in Flagstaff, AZ seeking an experienced CRNA for locum PRN coverage starting from May 13 - Sept 6. Please see a few details below:

• Specific Dates: May 13 - Sept 6
• Shifts/Schedules: Days or Swings – flexible
• Cases: ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab,
ambulatory and endo.
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Travel and Malpractice covered

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes - NBCRNA
• License: AZ
• Certifications: BLS or ACLS
• Must have recent hospital experience.

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
