Locums CRNA in Phoenix, AZ!

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide locum services in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA looking for flexible scheduling and a dynamic, high-acuity work environment. Coverage begins December 8, 2025, and is expected to be ongoing for a 13-week assignment (extensions possible).

Job Details:
Case Types: OB, General Surgery, Level 1 Trauma, Ortho, GI, and other acute care cases
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day, Night, Weekend); scheduled + no call, Supervised model

Typical Night Shift: 19:00–07:00 (flexible start and end times)
Must be flexible for days, nights, and at least one weekend per month
Willingness to cover all nights preferred

Can offer 3–4 shifts per week (minimum 36 hours/week)
Support: Supervised Model

Requirements:
Active CRNA Certification
Arizona License (or willingness to obtain – credentialing can begin with pending license)
AZ Licensed: ~6 weeks credentialing
IMLC: ~2 months credentialing
Non-Licensed: ~3 months credentialing
BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable

Experience in OB and Trauma anesthesia preferred
